They are double-sided and customized with your name, phone number, and website if desired. If you do not include your website, the general HomeSmart website will be used.

Our standard HomeSmart yard signs are sized 24"x24" and are double-sided. They are customizable with your name, phone number, and website if desired. If you do not include a website, we will use the general HomeSmart website. These signs work well with any of the yard arms that we sell.
Since all of our signs are made custom, returns are only permitted for items on which a mistake was made on our end. We always guarantee our work and if a mistake is made, we will fix it and replace the sign as quickly as possible.
